Ritual Matutino Terms
These terms apply to new purchases made under this version. They do not rewrite historical purchase records or reduce rights previously granted.
1. Provider
Ritual Matutino is provided by AD MARKETING LTDA, CNPJ 52.014.528/0001-13, at Rua Ildefonso Ferreida dos santos 859, Jardim Paulista, Taubaté — SP, CEP 12091600. The provider is responsible for the product content and support.
2. Digital devotional product
Ritual Matutino is a digital devotional product intended for personal prayer and reflection. It does not guarantee spiritual, personal, financial, or health outcomes and is not medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.
3. What each purchase includes
The sales page and checkout must identify the product, included content, total price and currency, access period, and applicable terms before payment. Optional add-ons are separate purchases and are not required to use the main product.
Sales are currently paused because the present feature set, price, access period, delivery path, and external checkout names have not yet been verified.
4. Technical requirements
You need a compatible internet-connected device, a current browser, and access to the email address supplied at checkout. Additional requirements must be disclosed before a purchase is enabled.
5. Personal license
A purchase grants a limited, personal, non-transferable license for the stated access period. You may not resell, publish, copy, or distribute protected content except where applicable law permits.
6. Duration and payment
New offers use a one-time payment and no automatic renewal. The exact access period must be displayed before checkout. “Lifetime,” “forever,” perpetual, and unlimited-duration access are not promised.
Taxes or processor fees, when applicable, must be shown before final confirmation. Existing purchases remain subject to the terms recorded when they were made.
7. Optional add-ons
Each add-on requires a separate, explicit purchase choice showing its name, content, price, duration, and dependencies. Add-ons are never preselected, and declining one does not block access already purchased.
8. Delivery and support
Delivery instructions must match the actual checkout flow. Until that flow is verified, the site does not promise instant delivery by email or thank-you page. If you need help, use public support; support staff verify identity before disclosing purchase details or changing access.
9. Refunds
The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. It includes a proposed 14-calendar-day commercial guarantee for each new purchase and preserves more favorable terms promised to earlier buyers.
10. Community rules
If community features are activated, users must communicate respectfully and must not harass, threaten, impersonate, publish private information, or post unlawful material. Moderation may address specific violations, but paid independent products will not be removed arbitrarily without an appropriate remedy.
11. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. Private journal or reflection content must not be published on public pages.
12. Intellectual property
The product’s original text, recordings, visual material, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Scripture quotations and third-party content remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.
13. Product changes
Reasonable maintenance and improvements may be made. Material changes must not remove paid value arbitrarily. When a purchased item cannot be supplied, the provider will offer an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.
14. Consumer rights
These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation, refund, or charge-dispute rights. No access event automatically removes a legal right unless a valid, specific process required by applicable law has been completed and recorded.
