Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchasing Ritual Matutino or an optional add-on. Each purchase has its own 14-day period. You can submit your request through Support inside the app or through our public support form if you cannot access your account.

You do not need to keep the content unused, provide personal explanations, prove results, publish a positive review, or withdraw a complaint to use this commercial guarantee. No invented administrative fee is deducted.

Open the public support form, choose “Refund request,” enter your email, add a purchase reference if available, and describe which item you want refunded. Support verifies identity and the relevant purchase before disclosing information or changing access.

Ritual Matutino and each optional add-on are treated as separate purchases. Refunding one item may end access only to that refunded item. Independent items that were not refunded are not automatically removed.

A request may move through these distinct stages: received, reviewed, authorized, sent to the payment processor, and completed. A received request is not yet an authorized refund.

Refunds are returned through the payment processor to the original payment method. Posting times depend on the processor and financial institution.

After the commercial guarantee period, support will still review access failures, content materially different from what was advertised, repeated charges, and rights available under applicable law. Requests are not rejected automatically merely because 14 days have passed.

The previous public policy promised a 60-day no-questions-asked guarantee. Purchases made while that promise applied keep that more favorable term. This new proposal is not applied retroactively to shorten historical rights.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or applicable rights to dispute a charge. For consumers in the EU, EEA, or United Kingdom, accessing digital content does not automatically eliminate a withdrawal right; any immediate-supply consent process must be validly implemented and recorded.
